The Opportunity: We're seeking a visionary Midwest Sales Executive/Manager to harness the latest technologies and provide formulators with pioneering ingredients. Your expertise will shape specialized markets and forge the path for future industry standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct customer visits and calls, efficiently managing lead inquiries and follow-ups.
- Implement key account management strategies to drive sustainable business expansion.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer business objectives and craft solutions to their unique challenges.
- Proactively identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, initiating projects to substantially increase business.
- Partner with internal teams to craft compelling presentations and spearhead special customer projects.

Requirements
What We Require:
- A bachelor’s degree or master’s; a degree in chemistry or a related field is preferable.
- At least 5 years of specialty chemical sales experience, specifically within the personal care sector. Candidates with 10+ years of experience may be considered for a senior-level position.
- A demonstrated history of sales success and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Exceptional communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
- Strategic thinking and adept problem-solving capabilities.
- Independent initiative, alongside the ability to collaborate with a team.
- Availability for travel as required by the role.
